Refund Policy

 

Satisfaction guarantee for NEW enrolments: 

 

For students enrolled in a new class type for the first time, who have not attend a trial class prior to enrolment, we offer a 2 week satisfaction guarantee. The two week period starts on the day of the students first class attendance, and ends on the day after the students second class attendance.  Students who request to cancel their enrolment within this period will receive a refund for the remaining classes paid for. Cancellation requests must be made directly with Hive by email.

 

Term bookings

 

(ALL classes except holiday workshops): 

 

Please choose your classes carefully. Other that enrolments who fit within the satisfaction guarantee period and terms, refunds are not given for change of mind, change of circumstances or early cancellation during the term.  Should you miss classes for any reason you are able to book in for alternative classes in order to make these up while you are enrolled. We do not provide credit or refund for missed classes.

 

Should you find that a class does not meet the description given on the website at time of enrolment, please contact us to raise your concern. If this if verified by Hive management you will be eligible for a refund for any remaining classes you have not yet attended.

 

Monthly Flexi-Plan bookings

 

(This option can be selected at checkout for 0-5 classes excluding Bee-School). 

 

Please choose your classes carefully. Refunds are not given for change of mind, change of circumstances or early cancellation during the month.  Should you miss classes for any reason you are able to book in for alternative classes in order to make these up while you are enrolled. We do not provide credit or refund for missed classes.

Events & Holiday Workshops

 

Please choose your event booking carefully. 

 

Cancellations received more than 3 weeks prior to the event date: 85% refund is given. 

 

Cancellations received less than 3 weeks prior to the event date: No refund is given unless we are able to sell your spot to another client. If your child is sick and can provide a medical certificate, you will receive 85% of the fee back in the form of a credit on your account which you can use for another holiday workshop. 

 

Should you find that a workshop does not meet the description given on the website at time of enrolment, please contact us to raise your concern. If this if verified by Hive management you will be eligible for a refund for any remaining classes you have not yet attended.

 

Products: Please choose your products carefully.  Refunds are not given for change of mind. Where goods are found to have a manufacturing fault, a refund or exchange will be offered.
