Price of services:

Hive class fees charged in $AUD and are calculated from your enrolment start date and are displayed at the end of the checkout process.  Term classes will display two pricing options at checkout: Monthly instalment payments or upfront term payments. You can select your preferred option prior to checkout. Your card will be charged immediately for the final amount shown.

Monthly instalment automatic payments: Should you select the monthly instalment option, your card will be debited first when you checkout for the amount displayed, then on the 1st of each month continuously until you cancel your enrolment. All Hive class fees displayed on this website include GST and transaction charges.

Shipping charges:

• Classes – shipping charges do not apply to Hive classes.
• Goods – shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of products. Charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to making payment. The option to pickup from our Charlestown premises is also available.

All card information is captured on a Hosted Payment Page and stored in a PCI-DSS compliant environment.  All card information is stored securely by our merchant facility – www.authorize.net – for every enrolment.  At enrolment the following information will be collected and stored securely in an enrolment software hosted by mainstreetsites.com by Hive Kids Creative Studios. This information is accessible only to our employees and is not shared with any other person or business.

• The last 4 digits of your debit card
• Your enrolment

For product purchases, all card information is captured on a Hosted Payment Page and stored in a PCI-DSS compliant environment.  Your card information is stored by the Shopify merchant facility for the purpose of refunds. Your card is not stored for any future payments unless you select save in your account or at checkout.
