Holiday workshop 

– Cancellation terms and conditions communicated to you at time of booking, and via email after booking: 

Cancellation Policy: 

Please choose carefully. Our workshop art equipment is pre-purchased and staff are booked in more than 6 weeks prior to workshops starting.  Due to these factors, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations received more than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date: 85% refund
  • Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date: no refund. An exchange for another workshop will be offered within the same period where vacancies exist.
  • Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the workshop start time: no refund. An exchange for another workshop will be offered upon receipt of a doctors certificate / confirmation of a positive Covid test result registered with Service NSW. Where no further workshops are available, an exchange for classes during our term sessions to the value of your workshop will be offered.

Hive Member Enrolments:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your enrolment within your first month of classes, we will refund your remaining tuition fees and cancel your enrolment.

Please note:

1st month period applies for 30 days starting on the date of your first class

Satisfaction guarantee applies to:

  • Members who are NEW to Hive
  • NEW enrolments in Bee-School (for new and existing Hive clients)

Alternatively: you can CHANGE your enrolment to any other Hive class / program if you are unsatisfied, with no notice period.
