Mini Makers Art Classes

The Mini Makers program invites young artists to explore, imagine, and create in a positive, nurturing environment with guidance from experienced teaching artists.

Each session begins with an art exploration activity, encouraging children to think creatively, play with ideas, and explore materials freely. This is followed by a guided art-making session, where students learn foundational art skills step by step while creating their own unique artworks.

Our approach helps children begin to understand the process of making art, while developing confidence, independence, and a sense of pride in their creations. Throughout each term children will explore a variety of art mediums and create a range of artworks using canvas, watercolour, clay and more! Mini Makers is the perfect introduction to the joys of art, inspiring curiosity, self-expression, and a lifelong love of creativity.

Age: 3-5 yrs (attend with parent)

Age: 4-5 yrs (drop off class)

Location: Hive Art Studio – 173-175 Pacific Highway, Charlestown.

Suitable for: Children who love to explore, paint and create

Parents: 3-5 yrs: Parents join for the first 30 minutes of class in our inspiring art exploration time. Next, children will stay with the teachers for a guided art lesson while parents wait in the waiting room. A viewing window allows parents to see the lesson in progress.

4-5 yrs: This age group is dropped off for the duration of class.

$32 per week billed by the term

11am – 12pm Theatre Mini’s class (drop off)

Term 2 bookings will open on Thursday 19th March.

Makeup Classes

Can’t Make It to Class?
Life happens—we get it! Just let us know through the Client Portal at least 2 hours before your class, and we’ll send you a makeup token.

Maximum of 2 makeups per term are offered in Bee-school and ONLY where availability exists. we do not overbook our premium learning sessions under any circumstances.

Makeup tokens are valid for 4 months and can be used anytime while your enrolment is active.

NB: Your makeup token will appear on your account AFTER the missed classed has finished.
