Enrich your child’s creative mind with a full or part-day workshop in the July school holidays. Designed for children age 7 – 12 years old, these workshops will open up a world of possibilities for your child’s future. Our expert teachers will guide & extend your child’s natural abilities in drama, singing and fine art (painting and drawing).
Opt to attend a single workshop or leave your child in the capable hands of our creative teaching team for the full day 9am – 3pm and they’ll come home buzzing with excitement.

9am – 10:30am – Drama
11am – 12:30pm – Vocal training
1pm – 3pm – Fine Art – watercolour, charcoal drawings, abstract art & more.
Drama Workshop
Open up your child’s mind to a world of possibilities as she/he discovers more about who she/he is as a person, explores different characters, acts out mini – dramas and gains self confidence.
Workshops run on two days. Children may attend 1 or both consecutive days. The content will be different on each day.
Voice Workshop
Does your child Love to Sing? This workshop is just for you. Our skilled teachers will guide children through correct vocal technique & posture to help them produce an amazing sound with their voice.
Creative & Fun loving – our teachers will keep your child fully engaged in creative learning throughout the session.
The workshop runs over 2 days. For best results, we recommend enrolling your child for both sessions, however single day bookings are also accepted.
Fine Art Workshop
Do you have a budding artist in your home? Let their creativity unfurl in this 2 hour experimental Art class that is designed to take your child on a journey of artistic expression.
Wednesday Workshop: Watercolour painting, layering, floating shapes and abstracted art are the main concepts to be explored in this enriching experience.
Thursday Workshop: Monochromatic Mania exploring print, charcoal drawing and ink painting.
At the end of the session your child will have created a series of artworks that they can take home.
Local artist and art teacher, Kiasmin Burrell is our resident art teacher at Hive Creative Studios. You’ll love watching your child’s creativity and artistic talent blossom under Kiasmin’s guidance.
